Are you a student at UNIL looking for a job on the side?

The University of Lausanne runs a jobs database reserved exclusively for its current students.

If you are looking for a work placement at the end of your course, please contact the Guidance and Careers Office website (SOC).

Each advertisement is checked by our employees before publication in order to verify its content and its conformity with our salary policy.

You can access the database using your UNIL credentials (user name and password). Simply contact the advertiser directly if you find something that interests you.

Offer a job

Are you a company or individual looking for a student to fill a temporary or permanent position?

The University of Lausanne offers a platform where you can publish your advertisement free of charge and access around 14,000 students.

Your advertisement is published for 15 days but can be extended at any time by accessing your account.

Since the Social Affairs and Student Mobility Office (SASME) has no way of knowing when you find a student for your job, please remove your advertisement as soon as the vacancy has been filled. This will prevent you from receiving numerous phone calls or pointless e-mail requests!

Finally, please note that the hourly rate of pay must be published in your advertisement and that we ask you to comply with the minimum hourly rates of pay in effect in Vaud canton. In this respect, we invite you to consult the list of indicative salaries of the SASME for occasional activities.

For long-term activities, the online salary calculator of the State of Vaud will be useful for determining the hourly wage to be offered.

Each advertisement is checked by our employees before publication in order to verify its content and its conformity with our salary policy. SASME reserves the right to reject your advertisement if it does not meet the minimum criteria in terms of remuneration.

If you have any questions, please call us on 021 692 21 13 (according to our oppening hours) or e-mail us any time at travail@unil.ch.
